When we begin our awakening journey, we have a strong desire to explore how we can increase our healing and renewal through new lifestyle habits and adopting a new mindset when it comes to our health and wellbeing. We do this by bringing greater awareness to our choices around sleeping, eating, body movement and stress.
We discover that making positive changes in these areas of our life doesn’t have to be an uphill struggle, In fact, as we expanded our awareness, it becomes clear that creating an optimal lifestyle can be joyful and empowering. These positive feelings gather momentum, and we find that old dysfunctional habits, as well as any beliefs we had around them, fall away on their own.
