Choosing to look at challenges from a different perspective, as well as understanding how to turn physical pain or emotional trauma into learning opportunities is a key aspect of navigating a spiritual awakening.
For example, two of the biggest and most powerful threats to our health and emotional well-being are chronic inflammation and stress. We can choose to explore these issues and learn to understand them on a subconscious level, finding out what may be behind them, and looking at these challenges as an opportunity for renewal healing.
We can do this by adopting a new mindset around our symptoms, illness or disease, through practices and techniques that will help us to release and clear stuck behaviours, limiting beliefs and difficult life experiences, and by raising our energetic vibration across mind, body and spirit.
