It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix, rather a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and practitioner alike. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behaviour and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring life-altering results.
Psycho-Spiritual guidance has its focus on the Soul and our soul self. It fosters an expanded view of life, acknowledging all belief systems, universal & personal energy systems, intuitive & psychic realities, conscious & subconscious states of awareness, psychic & spiritual experiences, spiritual concepts, spiritual presence & higher-self cosmic connections.
This specialist support helps individuals to re-connect with their Soul, creating a better relationship and trust of their soul-self, organically and at their own pace. With the Soul being at the centre, individuals learn to respond from the heart, whilst not forgetting their head, and experience a greater understanding of the complexity and interdependence of all life.
Metaphysics (Metaphysical healing) is energetic. It takes place on an energetic level, across mind-body and spirit. Everything that we experience in our physical world is connected to our energetic world, that being our thoughts, feelings and emotions. When we invite metaphysical healing into our lives we are inviting ourselves to heal from the inside out.
Metaphysics follows the principle that there is an energetic reason behind everything that happens to us in the physical world, and on a physical level. This means it upholds the belief that people do not just become sick or have things go wrong in their lives for no reason. From a metaphysical perspective, physical symptoms, discomforts and illnesses all share emotional counterparts, therefore people experience these, as well as repeated obstacles in their lives, because of consistent negative thought patterns, habits, beliefs and emotions.
Metaphysical guidance helps a person to 'let go' of low vibrational emotions such as anger, shame and guilt, in order to replace them with higher vibrational emotions such as joy, peace, self-love, self-worth and self-acceptance more easily. As a metaphysical practitioner, I guide individuals to use self-help techniques and tools that help them create positive energy shifts for themselves, and a lasting change that stays with them going forward.
Conscious Awareness (Spiritual Growth)
You are a soul who lives on Earth experiencing this life as a Human being with the help of your ego. When it's time, you will return home (to spirit) and you will become a soul once again. The purpose of this journey? GROWTH. All the knowledge, experiences, challenges and mastery you gain in your life will be shared with your soul for the purposes or learning.
Self-development or spiritual-growth as its often known, is all about the expansion of ones consciousness, the enriching of our conscious awareness, the rise to a higher frequency and vibration, and the development of the spiritual self.
What is the spiritual self? The word "spiritual" refers to that core dimension of you. It is your inner most being, that part of you that provides you with a profound sense of who you are, where you came from, where you're going, and how you might reach your goal.
Self-healing refers to the things you can do to support your mind-body-spirit to function better, heal you faster, and heal more thoroughly. The practice of self-healing, and the use of energy techniques is now common place, as people include it in their wellbeing routines, to insure a successful and positive balance within their lives. and reduce the build up of mental energy and stress.
By applying alternative and holistic practices such as energy work, EFT or Reiki for example, either independently or alongside medical interventions and treatments, people are able to play an active role in their own healing journeys, rather then feel like a helpless bystander.
Learning about the mind-body-spirit connection, and understanding that the root cause of illness or disease is more often due to past trauma, prolonged stress or negative life experiences, rather than purely biochemical, is in itself a conduit towards self-healing. It's this knowledge, along with a willingness to explore and heal the emotional, psychological, and spiritual conflicts that are manifesting as physical symptoms in the body, that bring about powerful change.
